Shiatsu Massage and Craniosacral Therapy in Cambridge

We use two hands-on therapies in our Cambridge practice - Shiatsu massage and Craniosacral Therapy – to help individuals find greater wellbeing, balance and energy in their lives.
Online support for your physical and emotional health during the coronavirus pandemic.

Effective online treatments

At this difficult time many people are struggling with stress, anxiety and loneliness. The online sessions I’m offering can firstly help you to build up your overall health and immunity. Secondly they can help to reduce stress and increase wellbeing and confidence. I’m offering two methods of online treatment. You can choose the method you wish according to your need on the day.

Self-treatment tutorial
In this method I help you give yourself a treatment based on what you need at the time. This can include self-diagnosis, breathing exercises, yoga or chi-kung exercises, meridian stretches, acupressure points or meridians, tapping along energy pathways, meditation or anything else that is needed.
It can be exciting and empowering to start to feel the actions of points or to feel energy moving in the body. It can also be very reassuring to recognise that you can help yourself feel better! Here is what some of my clients have said about this.

Distant healing sessions
I will contact you and initially lead you through a relaxation or meditation. Then you can relax and enjoy the support of a distant healing treatment. Here is what some of my clients have said about this.
